Two years ago, I had quite a laugh with the company: they sold me a ticket with a connection that hadn’t existed for 2 weeks. I found myself stuck at the airport for 14 hours, eating, drinking, and even purchasing sunglasses from the airport. After a lot of effort and legal battles, I finally received €600 in compensation — including a refund for the sunglasses! So, naturally, I’m awarding the company 5 stars for the trick I pulled on them, not the other way around. It’s unfortunate to see others struggling because of their ‘service.’ Well done, company, you truly deserve recognition for the chaos you create!
