I ordered a 1/18 Replicas 1955 Fangio. It came to me with the wheels broken off, it was still sealed, but I could see through the clear plastic case. I took photos of the damage through the sealed plastic case and contacted the company to report how I received it. They have no communication with me through email, I have to communicate through their chat feature on their site. I was informed that I had to pay to send it back to them, which was $87.85. After receiving my broken model they did nothing. I had to contact again and the said that they received it and if I wanted to pay to have it sent back. I already am paying too much for this product, and have no assurance it won’t be broken again. I asked for my money back, which I haven’t heard a word from them. So I contacted my credit card company to get my money back. This company has no communication. And then they send me something to rate them on in Italian. When you deal with other countries, please respond in their language, it would make things easier. I am extremely disappointed, thus the one star.
