I placed an order for mini helmet models and model cars back in November, but they have STILL not been shipped. Despite sending six emails, I have received absolutely no response. My last two orders were sent after 3 and 5 weeks, but this one has been pending for 8 weeks now. They don't even acknowledge my emails. I requested either the shipment of my items or a refund, and I feel like I've been scammed this time. I strongly advise against purchasing from them. It feels like a gamble.

The customer service is terrible and cannot be trusted! I pre-ordered a half-scale helmet 8 months ago and paid in full, but despite repeated promises, it was never sent. After seeing the item in stock on their website, I requested a refund, and now they are ignoring my emails. Given this poor service, I believe this company is dishonest. I lost €230 and have no recourse since they don't accept PayPal. I wonder why that is?

I placed an order through their website using a discount code that worked, but when the order crashed, I had to redo it without the code. After messaging them, I was told the code didn't apply to my order, even though I provided a screenshot showing the discount. Instead of honoring it, they canceled my order, deactivated my code, and told me I was too much trouble. Terrible customer service.
Do not purchase from them. I placed an order in June and have contacted them multiple times without a response. They don't accept PayPal, leaving no way to file a claim. I've lost over €80. I requested an exchange for a model that seems unavailable, but there has been no reply.
