We had atrip for eight scheduled to Asia in Oct 2024. My husband was hospitalized three days before the trip with a severe case of sepsis, and was in the hospital quite ill for 5 days.He is now recovered and we have since rescheduled the trip, this time in March of 2025.We had problems contacting Trip Mate, and were treated rather rudely. One concern was that all the forms were to be handled electronically and they were not. But, I was told rudely that three asked to be sent checks. i have all the paperwork. And this is not true.As a former business owner, I feel that more training is necessary in the customer service area.This is a tense time while waiting on the process to be complete.However, all our funds were returned to us, and the checks cleared the bank without a problem. I wish I had read the reveiws earlier before again using Trip Mate. I am anxious about the entire situation. I cannot wait to give a glowing review.
