I strongly suggest looking for a more reputable insurance provider. This service completely lacks in communication. Rather than detailing my own frustrating experience, I recommend travelers on Viking seek out a company with better coverage and ratings. Interactions with the 'customer support' are nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. They merely take messages and send them into a void without providing direct answers or guidance. Additionally, some of the individuals handling these messages exhibit poor communication skills. They rely on a third party for repatriation flights that use inefficient routing, adding significant time to return flights. The third-party travel service they utilize apparently does not have any customer service representatives; they only have an answering machine and, like the service, do not address inquiries. The service does not offer assistance with issues involving their agent.
