I’ve owned a suitcase for almost 15 years, but the zip recently broke. I was excited to buy from the company again, opting for a fabric case. Unfortunately, on its first trip, I discovered a rip in the back. The new material is not durable compared to the old one. I’m really disappointed as the case is now unusable. I would prefer a refund due to the poor quality.
