After purchasing 2 of the same suitcases back in 2023 the locks unfortunately both failed on our latest trip, within 2 days of each other.
I contacted Tripp to see if this would be covered under the ‘5 Year Guarantee’ - I was contacted by Nikita Priestley - she was absolutely fantastic, incredibly helpful and guided me through everything. I just had to send pictures of the suitcases and locks to her as well as a short video showing the locks being broken. I had a reply within the same day to confirm that she would send 2x replacements locks out and for me to confirm the address.
A few hours later I received an email from Hits Patel with instructions on how to change the locks once they arrive.
All very straight forward, a faultless service and overall great suitcases which are very robust.
They delivered the wrong suitcase, and were incredibly unhelpful in resolving the issue. Despite me needing the correct suitcase promptly, they would not resend the correct suitcase before I returned the one they incorrectly sent - leaving me responsible for their mistake, and in a time crunch to ensure I’d have a suitcase for my holiday. They offered no compensation or accommodations, leaving me to have to lug a heavy box with the suitcase in it to a post office. The customer service representative I spoke to was unhelpful. I would advise people to think twice before ordering from Tripp, especially directly from their website. My order number was T273139705. This was reposted as Tripp asked me to share my order number and then did not get in touch.
I received fantastic customer service from the team. A representative was very helpful, responded promptly, and arranged a replacement effortlessly. The entire process was smooth and professional, and I’m very pleased with how everything was handled.

I just had an incredible experience with customer service. After realizing I ordered the wrong size suitcase, I emailed the company for a return. I’ve owned a suitcase for almost 15 years, but the zip recently broke. I was excited to buy from the company again, opting for a fabric case. Unfortunately, on its first trip, I discovered a rip in the back. The new material is not durable compared to the old one. I’m really disappointed as the case is now unusable. I would prefer a refund due to the poor quality.
