He proved to be an outstanding guide not only because of his deep and impressive knowledge, but also because of his resonant voice and clear English—an incredibly fortunate combination in the noisy and crowded environments we often encountered. What impressed me most, however, was his character and professionalism. I personally witnessed
him calmly and skillfully defuse a potentially explosive situation caused by another tour group’s poor behavior, even when one of their tourists became violent. His wellmannered demeanor
and ability to handle conflict with grace were truly admirable.
Overall, this trip exceeded our expectations, thanks to the exceptional service from both Ravi Sharma and Sherif Ghamry. I would not hesitate to recommend TripToGo to anyone looking for a highquality, personalized travel experience in Egypt.
