Varlene was great to work with on my issue regarding a passport update that I had previously requested from TriptoGo several weeks prior. She quickly took action and resolved my issue within a few hours! She personally contacted me over the phone to make sure I was aware of the passport update on the TriptoGo website. Need more customer reps like Varlene who reinstilled my confidence in TriptoGo!

I have to admit, when I booked my trip to Japan with the service eight months ago, I felt a bit anxious. The price appeared too good to be true given everything they were offering, and I honestly feared it could be a scam. I was completely mistaken. This ended up being the best trip I've ever experienced! The value they provided is astonishing; I still can't believe how much was included for the cost. The service was exceptional from beginning to end. A special mention goes to our tour guide, who was simply fantastic... always available, attentive, and remarkably considerate of everyone in the group. She truly made the experience memorable. I will certainly be planning my next adventure with the service. If you're unsure, don't hesitate; I highly recommend it!
Robert with travel service did incredible in assistance with access with sites, recommendations for excursions, and handling visa questions. A great experience thus far…and I haven’t even traveled yet!!!
We booked and paid for a trip, but were shocked to find out there was an extra vendor fee despite having settled the tour and airfare. The website was malfunctioning, preventing us from making the payment. I reached out to the support team for assistance, but they then wanted to impose a late fee. In the process of trying to resolve this, they ended up canceling our trip. The customer service was poor, and the communication was frustrating. It's unacceptable to cancel our trip just six weeks before departure after we had booked it 13 months ago, thinking we had paid in full. Regarding the response below, the company is not being truthful. I have emails proving that their team did not help in reducing the fee. We were informed that we owed an extra $298 along with another $300 in late fees. The website indicated that we had paid in full, and when I tried to settle the remaining balance, it showed that we had credit. I have records of my numerous attempts to reach out to customer service for help in resolving this matter. We had already paid $950 each of the total $1100. Why wouldn’t we want to settle the balance? The company canceled our trip, and their response does not reflect the reality of the situation.
I recently embarked on a tour of Japan visiting Tokyo, Mt. Fuji, Kyoto, and Osaka. We had an amazing tour guide! He was entertaining, charming, and incredibly knowledgeable. He truly made the experience memorable for me, my mother, my girlfriend, and our 20 new friends. This was one of the best trips I've ever taken! Thank you! 😊
Our driver and tour guide were truly outstanding. The driver ensured a safe and comfortable journey, while the guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and very attentive. They both contributed to an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!
Our driver and guide did an excellent job throughout the trip! Despite the tight early morning schedules, they maintained great energy until the end of the day! Some accommodations could be improved, particularly regarding the small room sizes and inadequate air conditioning. We encountered some unfriendly staff at one hotel, and in certain places, the room layouts were confusing with limited exits! Aside from the lodging, the overall experience was very positive, largely due to our driver and guide! The driver even offered us a honey-based remedy for our sore throats, which worked remarkably well! Such a kind individual!
