My father purchased a shower, and when it malfunctioned a few months later, he reported the issue after registering the product with the company. They scheduled an engineer visit but charged him a £99 callout fee for a £70 shower. This fee was not disclosed when he reported the issue, and the shower should still be under warranty, so he shouldn't have incurred any charges. I strongly advise against purchasing these showers.
