Poor Product – Even Worse Customer Service
I purchased a Triton electric shower through Amazon and had it professionally installed by a qualified electrician and plumber. Within just three months, the shower stopped heating water altogether.
When I contacted customer service to arrange a repair under warranty, the experience was incredibly frustrating. Instead of helping, the representative seemed more interested in arguing and finding ways to avoid honouring the warranty. It felt like I had to defend myself just to request basic support.
When a technician finally came out, the experience got even worse. He looked for every possible excuse not to repair the shower — claiming the isolator switch wasn’t one they recognised, the circuit breaker wasn’t one they were familiar with, and that the shower wasn’t installed properly — despite it being fitted by qualified professionals.
To make matters worse, I was advised that a specific part had failed and needed replacing. I went ahead and replaced that part at my own expense, only to find that it wasn’t the cause of the issue at all. The problem persisted.
In total, I’ve wasted over three hours on the phone, taken time out to wait two separate days for a technician, and received incorrect advice — all for a product that failed within three months.
This has been an absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. Extremely disappointed in both the product quality and the after-sales support. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing.

I purchased a shower with a 2-year warranty, which was professionally installed in July 2025. It developed a fault, and the engineer claimed the warranty was void due to a new fixing hole created to avoid the feed pipe. Even though the hole was properly sealed, it wasn't acceptable to the engineer. Previous feedback clearly indicates that the 2-year warranty is not reliable. My advice is to steer clear of these showers.
I was disappointed with the customer service regarding technical questions. I recently had my second shower installed but previously asked about a water leak from the original shower's base. After clarifying that it wasn't a pressure relief valve issue, they responded with irrelevant information. Don't these representatives read what customers write? Is the stabilizer leak a common issue over time?
I reached out to the company about a replacement part. I simply ordered and paid for it, then collected it from the factory within an hour. No hassle service as usual. This is why I consistently buy and recommend showers from this company.
I will be very honest! We bought a shower recently, and since installation, it has been making a loud knocking noise. An engineer was sent and claimed the water entering the shower must be at 55 degrees, which would burn you if you set your kitchen tap to that temperature. The company agreed with the engineer and would do nothing, rendering our five-year guarantee meaningless. Why would anyone want water at such a high temperature with rising gas bills? My plumber, who has years of experience, said he's never heard such nonsense! Now I’m left without a guarantee!
