Bought 2nd hand BMW bike, following seeing it on the website, Emerson sent us a video of the bike, explained history of it etc. Bike all ready when we arrived & drinks offered. Discussed paperwork etc, all very efficient & helpful. Very happy with service, especially with a 5hr journey!
