I find the triumph spares support side very poor. As a motorcycle mechanic I service and repair mainly home goldwings in my Workshop. But was asked to service and repair a triumph sprint st that had oil leaks on both fork legs. So I went to triumph to order parts which took 2 weeks to get. ?? Removed forks from bike it’s s 2005 model by the way. Checked parts. Wrong ones. Had several conversations with triumph and was finally told that if I need the stanchion guide bushes I would have to buy the fork stanchion as it comes with it on them. Not available from there spares department. I find this very disappointing especially if I want to service the front forks on a Honda goldwing I simply order all parts and I mean any and all parts are available for internals but not for a triumph no not even the tube bush are the correct bush got the forks. We Had to buy a second hand set of forks for the bike. I told my customer to get rid of it and buy a Japanese bike no problem with spares
