I feel pretty sad that I am writing this review. I am a genuine Fanboy when it comes to Triumph. I love that a British brand is out there, kicking ass and taking names against some much more prominent brands. However, after a recent experience when my local dealer told me my head gasket was most likely blown on a 2018 Speed Triple with only 2100 miles, only to find out that it was a water pump, it leads me to question the entire credibility of the brand. From the first time I spoke to the Dealer, I was pretty clear that I knew the bike was out of warranty and that I was asking a big favour for out-of-warranty support. But to find out that I could have laid out a massive chunk of cash when the problem was much simpler is galling. It just feels like another example of a once great brand that has stopped to the base level of profit and revenue of customer care. Why am I writing this review of Triumph you might ask? They appoint the dealers who in turn represent the Triumph brand and manage the customer experience.Time to switch brands...
