I booked a 4-day all-inclusive stay for New Year’s in Antalya, paying in full. Afterward, I received payment requests from the hotel, which I thought were scams. A friend confirmed no booking existed, despite my payment. After much stress and emails, I was asked for additional fees for a gala. This is entirely unacceptable.
