Their Advert on TV is absolute nonsense!“Search all sites so that you get a better deal” - really ??They are just as “ Greed oriented “ as any and all other sites !Been trying for weeks to get 1 room for 1 night in Newcastle on Tyne for 7/8 September - there is nothing anywhere for less than around £300 !!! £300 for 1 night ???? I pay considerably less than that for a 1 night stay in a Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip !!Let’s just call out these companies / Hotels for what they are : This is about - recouping from Brexit and operating a “ take it or leave it philosophy “ but overriding both of these is just sheer greed !Everyone in this country is feeling the financial “ screw “ from Cost of Living / Energy / Strikes etc but Companies such a Trivago make no allowance for that with their prices - they are just despicable!
