It seems all they do is direct you to a so-called budget site, where they collect your contact information (likely for resale). Then they inform you that the room is no longer available and offer you the option to pay the full price anyway. I've attempted to use this service four times and have consistently received the same disappointing outcome. I won’t be attempting a fifth time!
