I had a very disappointing experience with Trivago. Their customer service is extremely poor — it took me an entire day just to try to get help with changing or refunding my booking, and I still didn’t get a proper resolution.
It feels like they make it unnecessarily difficult to fix even simple issues, and the lack of support is frustrating. Honestly, it comes across as if they don’t care about their customers once the payment is made. I would not recommend using their service, as it feels like they take people’s money without providing proper assistance when something goes wrong.
