CAUTION! This service is a total disappointment with terrible customer support. I lost nearly $600 after needing to reschedule a reservation due to a medical emergency. They provided me with a code for an “eCredit,” claimed to be valid for a year and usable on their platform. However, good luck trying to find a way to use this credit for payments as they promised. There’s absolutely no option for that. Their so-called “24/7” support is routed overseas, where no one can actually assist you. They eventually confessed to being merely an “answering service.” After countless calls, emails, and complaints over several months, I’ve made no progress. I've reported them to the relevant authorities and will only make direct bookings with hotels in the future!
