We booked a reservation thru the trivargo deals site for the Sheraton Vancouver Guilford and even paid the booking protection fee that would allow for changes and or cancellations. But when we contacted them to change our booking dates which was 60 days in advance of the reservation there response was oh we can't do that even after I advised them I paid the extra 100.00 to be able to do that they said oh no we can't do that , So then I said ok cancel my reservation they then advised me you will not be getting a refund. Again I advised I paid for the fee for booking protection from there booking site that is offered when you make the booking, then they advised me that I can contact them regarding a refund which once contacting them they advised you pretty much have to be on your death bed to get a refund so because we are not we do not get a refund. DO NOT USE this booking site they are down right crooks that just took 1200.00 from us
