Made a booking via Trivago Deals. Worst decision of my life.
Dealt with really rude staff who are more interested in taking your money than helping to adjust bookings.
My sister has a surgery and we are unfortunately unable to go to our holiday on the booked date and so we rebooked it for later in the year. All our flights and other reservations have been adjusted- except this Trivago deals booking. I have called 12 times, sent several emails and literally no response or help.
Hotel is happy to change dates, they just need confirmation from Trivago, yet they aren't contacting the hotel even though they tell me "escalation team" is looking into it.
So frustrated. Never again would i use Trivago
