I recently moved and booked trooli in as soon as we moved in as I work at home to get urgent medical calls . On arrival I was advised there is no cables so the civils team would need to be booked. This was a wait of nearly 2 weeks and could not book installation until they had been . They arrived and completed the work but had to wait another 4 days for installation. My partner had to take a unpaid day off for installation. On arrival the engineer advised him they hadn't installed the cables!!! But now im beyond frustrated and no feedback from trooli. I received a email this morning to advise the cabling would not be completed until 31st march/1 April!!! Then I would need to book installation after this . Over a month wait before I will be up and running with no communication. Appalling service.
