Moved over to Trooli after spending many years with BT. Absolutely first class service. It couldn't have been easier. Communications were excellent. Any queries I had were responded to promptly. I am now getting far higher speeds for a lot less money. And no ludicrous mid contract above inflation price hikes like you get with BT. The broadband service has been very stable. All the Trooli staff I have dealt with so far have been extremely friendly and helpful. I initially dealt with George Hodgson in sales. And also Chris in Customer Onboarding. And Amy in Sales was extremely helpful in making an amendment to my account. And lastly the engineer who connected me up (sorry can't remember his name) did a very neat and clean job. Overall highly recommended.
