After ordering our bed it was delivered within 2 days. We tried it but although the bed itself was good, the matras was not. Hard and not the right size for my husband.
We wanted to return it. That was no problem, but we had to follow the rules. So we did. The package we delivered at an DHL shop (for large parcels after long search). After they recived the package Troonz send us an email that the package was okay and we got our money back. Top.
