As a professional buyer, I completed payment for auction items on 08 December 2025. Out of 37 items ordered, only 13 were delivered by the seller, and per auction rules, we could not collect them ourselves. For over a month, despite numerous communications, there has been no clear resolution. The platform keeps stating it is 'awaiting a response from the seller or management,' without providing any timelines or accountability. All necessary documentation has been submitted multiple times, yet I am left without the remaining items, no refund, and no solutions. This experience raises significant concerns regarding post-payment handling and accountability for business buyers.
