Review Time
As a professional buyer, I completed payment for auction items on 08 December 2025. Out of 37 items ordered, only 13 were delivered by the seller, and per auction rules, we could not collect them ourselves. For over a month, despite numerous communications, there has been no clear resolution. The platform keeps stating it is 'awaiting a response from the seller or management,' without providing any timelines or accountability. All necessary documentation has been submitted multiple times, yet I am left without the remaining items, no refund, and no solutions. This experience raises significant concerns regarding post-payment handling and accountability for business buyers.
The auction was disappointing due to insufficient information. There were no details about the item's size, and no representative was available for inquiries. After my purchase, I received no information regarding the lot's weight or packaging dimensions, which I needed for transportation. This lack of information caused issues with potential storage fees for my item. I am ready to arrange pickup and transport, but without the dimensions, I'm in a tough spot. Since I'm purchasing from abroad, I can't collect the item myself. If it were a small package, it might be manageable, but what if it's a large machine? How would I load it onto a truck? They specify self-pickup, but if I send a truck, who will assist with loading? Why isn't this included in the description? Coordinating from another country on a specific date or time shouldn't be so difficult. The auction takes its fee but offers very little support. I would not recommend purchasing here due to the inadequate service.
The overall experience was positive, the lots were as described, and the pickup occurred in a timely manner. However, for lots that require dismantling machinery, we feel that a single pickup day with a time frame of 6–7 hours is inadequate for proper organization and loading. In such situations, we believe at least 2 days should be arranged.
The auctions were really nice, and the site is very well designed. However, when a lot is about to close and someone places a higher bid, the closing time gets extended. This can lead to confusion, making you think you have won when you might actually lose.
