I ordered a vest and layer in a specific color in November, but I received two of the same vest items incorrectly. I was asked to return the wrong items for a replacement, but after shipping them back, there was no response from the support team. After several follow-ups, I was informed in December that the color I wanted was out of stock and was asked to choose a different one. It doesn’t make sense to have a vest and layer in different colors. I even reached out to the company's CEO on LinkedIn but received no reply. The issue remains unresolved. With little hope, I requested a different color but still got no response. I trusted this brand, but I regret it now. The customer support has been the worst, showing no commitment to fulfilling customer needs. This will be my last order with them. Although I've purchased before, the poor service makes it unreasonable to continue. Please be cautious.
