item is defective, i’ve tried reaching out to them to see if i can get a replacement and no response at all. they don’t take accountability. don’t order from them. my bowl has paint on it and stand is all wobly. payed $160 for this quality and worst customer service
I received the wrong items and I have reached out a few times-NO RESPONSE. Very disappointing and I hope I didn't lose $100. I hope to get a response on the return request! Such great products and service with my last 2 purchases, is the company going out of business? No response at all???
The one star is for customer service alone. The products themselves are worth 5 stars. I’ve contacted “hello at trot pets” address ( unable to type the correct address) you provide over and over with no response. I want to return for a refund and purchase the correct sizes or exchange the products. Over and over in the other reviews, your response is to send an email to “hello at trot pets” which Ive done but no one has contacted me.
Product came as ordered and seems great. Knocking down a star because I only got informed that my order was confirmed and couldn't get any additional info. My order showed up at my door with no further updates. Got it in about a week, but it was strange not being told it was on the way or getting a tracking number. Also, the construction instructions were a little lacking. Not complicated. But they sent 2x the screws needed.
We think your products are great--we just ordered a new bowl and stand set for our newest dog family member. However, your advertising is false, and you should really correct it. Namely, I have left several inquiries through your impossible barrier to actually reaching someone by phone to advise that the first dog bowl we purchased is chipped on the side and that we would like it replaced as per the lifetime warranty. We have yet to hear back from anyone.
