Blue collar halo light.

Bought this for our new puppy. Fantastic, can see him in the dark now. Has different options for flashing (2 speeds) or constant. Much better than the lights that clip on the collar as it goes all around the neck. We have a red 1 for our other dog so we can c who is who :)
