I've been waiting for 9 days on a load submitted on 12/10, which was 5 days before the platform transition. I shouldn't have had to endure this wait, and payment should have come from the previous service, not the new one. Since 12/15, I've spent nearly 18 hours on hold searching for answers, but none have been provided. Two representatives promised payment that evening or the next morning, but it never arrived. I've received multiple emails stating they are missing information, even though they already knew the amount, and they requested documents I've provided over the years. To top it off, the load was rejected as a duplicate. Customer service is nearly non-existent, and their claim of quick payment processing is utterly false. I wouldn't recommend this service, and if I could give them negative stars, I definitely would.
