If I could leave zero stars for Truckstop Factoring, I absolutely would. Since they transitioned to Denim, the service has gone downhill fast.
We are repeatedly charged Express Payment fees but are waiting 4 days to over a week to get paid. That is not “express” by any standard. The entire point of factoring is reliable and fast cash flow, and this company is failing to deliver what they advertise while still collecting premium fees.
These delays are directly hurting our business. Cash flow is critical in trucking, and waiting on payments makes it harder to cover fuel, maintenance, insurance, and payroll. It has also hurt driver morale because payment uncertainty creates frustration and stress that should not exist when using a factoring service.
Customer service is just as bad. When concerns are raised, there is little urgency, little accountability, and no real solutions offered. It feels like once they have your business, they simply do not care.
We are actively searching for a new factoring company and strongly warn others to research carefully before signing up. What used to be a dependable service is now unreliable and overpriced for the level of service being provided.
This used to be a top-notch factoring service, but now it's a nightmare. You handle everything while they refuse to cover the load unless the customer has available credit. Then, you have to pursue them to ask for a higher credit limit. Furthermore, you’re left to manage all the details of each invoice. I'm eager to find out who others are switching to so I can cancel as soon as possible. Additionally, I question the legality of them displaying the customer's outstanding debts.
I've been waiting for 9 days on a load that was initially submitted on 12/10, which was 5 days before the transition. I should not have had to endure this delay, and payment should have come from the previous service, not the new one. Since 12/15, I've spent nearly 18 hours on hold seeking answers, but none have been given. Two representatives assured me I would receive payment that evening or the next morning, but that hasn't happened. I've received several emails stating they are missing crucial information, despite them knowing the amount, and they requested documents I've already provided over the years. Additionally, the load was rejected as a duplicate. Customer service is virtually non-existent, and their promise of quick payment processing is far from reality. I would not recommend using this service, and if I could give them negative stars, I certainly would.
The service employs silent auto-renewals without adequate disclosure. There was no clear warning, no advance notice, and no meaningful explanation of renewal or cancellation terms. We only found out after being charged. When we attempted to cancel immediately, we were informed we were locked into another long-term contract we never knowingly agreed to. Simply stating 'it’s in the terms' is not sufficient for clear disclosure. This feels like a deceptive renewal trap rather than a transparent business practice. Proceed with caution and set reminders well in advance, as they will not remind you.

Truckstop is a decent load board, but their switch to a new platform for factoring has been a significant misstep. Many carriers have not received their payments. We factored a load over a week ago and are still waiting for payment. After three days of calling and emailing, we finally got a response saying, 'don’t submit any more paperwork until we get our act together.' It's clear that Truckstop is about to realize their mistake, as carriers are reconsidering their factoring options. Still waiting for payment, by the way...
I wish I could give 0 stars. Navigating these treacherous icy roads for the worst customer service experience imaginable is disheartening. The support is outsourced to individuals who do not understand the situation and seem indifferent to ensuring you get paid. It's incredibly frustrating. You've been warned; the level of service is appalling.
After struggling to log in despite paying for services, I spoke with a representative who assured me I would receive a link with a temporary password. However, I never received the email, leaving me unable to access the services I paid for. I sent a cancellation email but received no response, forcing me to call in. Although I finally got a cancellation confirmation, the new representative told me there was no guarantee of a refund. I explained my login issues, and the reason for my cancellation was the lack of support, which was evident from the start. I requested a full refund since I never received the promised services. It's clear that this company takes advantage of hard-working individuals and does not stand behind their offerings. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
The factoring service has deteriorated significantly. After stopping use for over a year, some brokers mistakenly sent payments to them. They received the funds on 10/24, and as of 12/02, they still haven't returned the money. I've called customer service repeatedly and received vague promises of callbacks. When I finally get through, I'm told they will get back to me, or they claim to have tried to contact me without success. They have expanded beyond their capacity and the customer service is clueless.
I would not recommend working with this company. Their claim of next-day payment is misleading. They need to verify the shipment before processing payment, which can take 3 to 5 days. You must keep track of providing broker information, or you won't know when you'll be paid, as if they aren't doing the work you're paying them for. This is a scam disguised as next-day payment.
