The Trueborwns company is terrible at customer service! I have had an issue with their tailoring for the second time now. It does not matter if you inform them within 7 days after recieving the product. They will ask for pictures as if they care. Then they will reply:"We would like to inform you that the product is not defective. We kindly suggest having it altered by your local tailor to address the fitting issues you are experiencing." So now to fix their mistakes, I will literraly have to pay for it. If you inform them after 7 days, then they will say it is too late. So either way, customer will always be at loss. Be warned, do NOT waste your money as the quality is okay and not the best either.
