The quality and make of the clothes (2 kurta sets) was poor, horrible material and fit. I tried to return them immediately after briefly trying them on. It took several emails to truebrowns.com to even get a return address. They required me to send them back not to the company but to a seller/manufacturer in India with an exceptionally long and complicated address (it did not fit in the customs form or the mail office computer). I had to pay for international shipping. I am still waiting for the refund.Update: The tracking information of the registerd international mail said the item was not deliverable (I am not surprised). I exchanged many, many emails with the company, to no avail. At their request I went to my post office, showed them the tracking info and asked for details. They said the package was marked undeliverable and would be at the local post office at the warehouse location in India and should be picked up. I passed that on to the company, who said there was no such thing as a local post office. I am not familiar with that area, but I find that highly questionable. I asked them for a compromise and a partial refund of the $ 170 (not considering the international shipping fee), but they are refusing that.I will never again buy anything from them and would advise any potential customers to do the same. Terrible quality, terrible refund policy.
