Once my coaching relationship ended due to my coach falling ill, I requested that True Coach delete my data. Support refused to delete my account, insisting I bother my ill Coach to do it for me. Seems very unreasonable that you can't control your only private data. Additionally my coach will be moving his services to another platform noting True Coach as having an inferior user experience, and limited video integration, that messaging and responding on the app is sub-par to other offerings for a similar price point.
