First time visiting and was trying to be patient, they may have been short staffed for the new year but my visit was absolutely horrible. Had to wait almost 10 minutes before being acknowledged and another 5 for the host to show up. A waitress also sat us. Took another 10 before getting service because apparently the waiters had a “miscommunication “ problem per the waiter, which should not have been my problem. There was a delay in receiving one of cocktails which is odd why not have both out at same time. We ordered 2 chicken Parmesan , the manager comes to us and says they have only 1. We make an adjustment for that while they didn’t make an adjustment for us. Theres no real attention and true customer service performed. Only seen the waiter once. I am truly disappointed. The manager didn’t provide any accommodations and literally said to us sorry we cannot offer discounts and walked off with no regard. There are many ways to accommodate paying customers. I will never go again I am truly disappointed, not at all what it was hyped to be.Update: reviewed open table reviews, amazing to see Zac from Tampa actually got a 50% discount 7 days ago . So this tells me a little more about this restaurant and how they cater to others who do not look like me
