Father’s Day we had reservation at 2:05…

Father’s Day we had reservation at 2:05 ,with reservation , we waited 20 minutes and was sited inside instead of patio!!! We ordered pizza but was not cooked and tasteless!!! We ordered 5 meals all of them dry , cold very very lousy presentation and taste. We spent around $180 for shit they served.

“The Brand Has Lost Its Purpose – True Food West Palm Beach Is a Mess”We were once superfans of True Food Kitchen. This was our go-to spot for mindful meals, health-forward dining, and memories with our kids.But our visit to the Rosemary Square location destroyed all of that.Food? Uneaten and unfit.Service? A single waitress trying her best, but left completely unsupported.Management? The GM was drinking at the bar while guests waited and staff drowned.We spent over $250 and left with full plates and empty hearts.This isn’t just a bad day. It’s a symptom of a broken leadership model that no longer reflects what the brand claims to be.We want our money back, and we want accountability.

We ordered from Tru Kitchen a couple of weeks ago for delivery to UT SW and was sent a message our meal was delivered. Except it wasnt. They were very sweet and sent out another meal but it was delayed because of first mix up by two hours. The salad was good. We again ordered this week. A chicken wrap and a turkey burger. They were both not good. The chicken wrap barely had any chicken and turkey burger was tasteless. So sad had high hopes.

First time, worst time

First time visiting and was trying to be patient, they may have been short staffed for the new year but my visit was absolutely horrible. Had to wait almost 10 minutes before being acknowledged and another 5 for the host to show up. A waitress also sat us. Took another 10 before getting service because apparently the waiters had a “miscommunication “ problem per the waiter, which should not have been my problem. There was a delay in receiving one of cocktails which is odd why not have both out at same time. We ordered 2 chicken Parmesan , the manager comes to us and says they have only 1. We make an adjustment for that while they didn’t make an adjustment for us. Theres no real attention and true customer service performed. Only seen the waiter once. I am truly disappointed. The manager didn’t provide any accommodations and literally said to us sorry we cannot offer discounts and walked off with no regard. There are many ways to accommodate paying customers. I will never go again I am truly disappointed, not at all what it was hyped to be.Update: reviewed open table reviews, amazing to see Zac from Tampa actually got a 50% discount 7 days ago . So this tells me a little more about this restaurant and how they cater to others who do not look like me

My 65 Birthday Brunch

My family and I celebrated my 65 birthday at Sunday brunch. Our waiter Woody was very attentive and knowledgeable. He shared his favorites and made very good suggestions for all of us. The food was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. I would highly recommend experiencing something new and different for your pallet. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks Woody again for such great service.

1 star for us . My wife and i were greeted by a nice host girl and seated at a small 2 top table. We did not like the small table so we asked the waiter to move us to a bigger table and he said no problem. Next girl comes over ( not the hostess , buss boy girl ) and gives us an eye roll right away and grabs menu off my hands and goes to grab menu off my wife's hands ...... rushes us off to the other table followed by another sigh and roll eye package .... definitely ruined our whole good dinner vibe . Waitress Mia neglected our table pretty much the whole time, ignored several of our simple requests-( salad for me , soup for my wife before dinner) , brought my salad after our dinners ....( had to ask for my salad,but again was ignored and salad came a min after my dinner) ) brought a stake dinner with no knife , i had to ask for a knife , brought the knife holding it bear hand , no apologies whatsoever about any of our missed requests , did not ask why is my steak is sitting whole in my plate at the end of our dinner , did not ask if i want a box or if anything was wrong with my stake ( i did not like the 35$ stake one bit ) We could have gone ANYWHERE we liked for a $110 dinner for 2 before the tip and gotten a great experience dining out . This was our last time here , that is for sure . Would definitely recommend their downtown Chicago location , totally different , would gladly spent my money there

Our server Lalo was so attentive and…

Our server Lalo was so attentive and caring we felt like we were the only ones in the restaurant. He locked into our food cravings and pointed us to the best meals perfectly suited for us. We had high expectations but the food and service exceeded them. We cleaned our plates but lalo still sweetly persiaddd is to try the desserts’. They were special and memorable. Besides being very attentive and catering to our whims and requests lalo brought FUN and energy to our dinner. What was just a last minute dinner at Tuesday became a memorable and special memory we are dying to do again. Thank you Lalo for a TRUE fantastic dining experience! We can’t wait to visit oak brooks true kitchen again.

I would never go again

I would never go again. A rip off. We order a salad and bowl to go. We waited for 45 , minutes paid $36 and the portion did not even fill a third of the to-go container. We had to go out to dinner after our $36 snack.

The food is good and service is good…

The food is good and service is good but for the price I think there ares some other options with similar types of food for a bit cheaper. Still love them and visit when I am in town.
