This company cannot be trusted at all. I placed an order for methane blue. I was not aware and I was not made aware when I placed the order that I was placing a subscription. I paid $49.99. I never received any product. I contacted them for a refund. Nobody contacted me in return. Instead of a refund of my money they charged me again 49.99. I sent another email to them for a refund of both amounts. No response. I called them up. I spent 20 minutes on hold waiting for an answer and gave up. I called again and spent over 20 minutes on the phone waiting for somebody to talk to me. When I did get a person they told me that there are no refunds but she canceled my subscription for me. I said I don't want my subscription I didn't know I had one I want a refund for both of the amounts they charged me for product I never received. She absolutely refused. Would not give me a name of anybody else to contact or anything else I could do simply said can't help you.
