Review Time
Made an intial one time purchase and they have been charging my account $49.99 per month. I havent recieved any products or emails regarding the monthly charges. This is completely unacceptable and I am disputing all charges.
Total Scam Company! Received my initial order in Dec 2025. No effects whatsoever. I stopped taking it. I did not enroll in any subscription. They charged my card on 1/20/26 for $49.99. No email receipt/tracking information for that order. Never received anything. Then they attempted to charge my card again on 2/17/26 (I did not have any funds in that account). Then they tried again to charge it on 2/19/26. I emailed them to unsubscribe. They emailed me back saying I was not enrolled in any subscription service. I emailed them back with screen shots showing where they changed me and attempted to charge me again. No response back! I was able to block them going forward. They lie, and they steal! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! It's clear this company was created to be a quick cash grab. I am sure they will be shut down soon!
Same story!!! Never signed up for a subscription but they are trying to charge me for one. Also tried to up charge me for another product I didn’t order…and their product comes from china when they specifically say it doesn’t!!!! Really horrible company will probably disappear and reappear. Garbage people.
SCAM! Kept my card on file, like I actually subscribed to make things worse. My receipt shows this was never a subscription. I'm looking at a pending charge on my card after dozens of emails trying to get a resolution that I would be happy with. My main concern is that this product is coming from China, NOT the USA, as they say in all of their marketing. This could be very dangerous for humans to consume, and they know that. Every request I sent them for testing documentation led to excuses. Do not order from this company, or you will be in the same position as all of us submitting reviews.
Zero Stars … You can tell a lot about a company that charges you 49.99 after you already paid for their item. They tell you if you want a subscription plan and I checked No, Well if your don’t check your billing statement every month they will sneak in a $49.99 on your bill and keep billing you if you don’t get ahead of it and stop it. Avoid this company total scam.
This company cannot be trusted at all. I placed an order for methane blue. I was not aware and I was not made aware when I placed the order that I was placing a subscription. I paid $49.99. I never received any product. I contacted them for a refund. Nobody contacted me in return. Instead of a refund of my money they charged me again 49.99. I sent another email to them for a refund of both amounts. No response. I called them up. I spent 20 minutes on hold waiting for an answer and gave up. I called again and spent over 20 minutes on the phone waiting for somebody to talk to me. When I did get a person they told me that there are no refunds but she canceled my subscription for me. I said I don't want my subscription I didn't know I had one I want a refund for both of the amounts they charged me for product I never received. She absolutely refused. Would not give me a name of anybody else to contact or anything else I could do simply said can't help you.
