Later, the service claimed the domain was a 'reserved premium' domain with a much higher price. Instead of honoring the transaction or explaining the situation upfront, they processed a refund without my consent, and I lost the domain. The main issues were a lack of clear pricing warnings, acceptance of payment without proper notification, conflicting communication about domain activation, and a unilateral refund that canceled the deal after I relied on their confirmations. I wasted time and lost the opportunity to secure the name, despite following all procedures as a customer. I cannot recommend this service for domain registrations, especially for important or time-sensitive needs.
