I have yet to receive any assistance from this service after renewing my domains for a year. I received an email stating that my domains were deactivated due to an abuse claim, with no prior warning. My website has been unreachable for 10 days now. I was given an option to transfer my domains, but they are still being held by this provider. Despite sending numerous emails and support tickets daily, I have received no help in resolving the block on my domains.
