It was a bad and frustrating experience.My domain expired in August 6th 2025.I don't have plan to renew.Having been convinced by AI via Truehost Whatsapp handle that Softaculous/WordPress can be used to build a website, I concurred. I made payment of N8,200 to renew my domain. Untill now, AI has not been able to resolve internal Server error 500 when trying to install WordPress. I have unresolved escalated ticket 5126085 generated since yesterday.I want to conclude that Truehost service is a fraud and can't be recommended to anyone.
