I placed an order and realized there was a mistake, but I couldn't cancel it to reorder correctly. I ended up speaking with an AI bot, which was unhelpful. According to the bot, they ship almost immediately after ordering. As a result, I had to wait for my order to arrive and then go through the hassle of exchanging everything. It's frustrating that there was no option to speak or chat with a live representative. Now I'm just waiting for my exchange and hoping the new items will meet my expectations. The customer support experience could definitely improve.
