Worst customer service experience ever! Bra does not fit, does not smooth. ÀI customer service worse than useless, spent more than 2 hours in an endless loop of entering order number, email, etc., with “promise” that they would review. If you send item back for refund, they charge $6, is not clear whether that is for each item or the order. Then return shipping. Which presents the question of whether to just try a different item as an exchange. The AI robot is useless, it just repeats back to you what you have complained about. I am so sorry I bought from this company. Would have given them a zero star if I could have.
I placed an order and realized there was a mistake, but I couldn't cancel it to reorder correctly. I ended up speaking with an AI bot, which was unhelpful. According to the bot, they ship almost immediately after ordering. As a result, I had to wait for my order to arrive and then go through the hassle of exchanging everything. It's frustrating that there was no option to speak or chat with a live representative. Now I'm just waiting for my exchange and hoping the new items will meet my expectations. The customer support experience could definitely improve.
I recently bought the menopause bras to give them a try. Honestly, they can be worn by anyone. They are incredibly comfortable, even for those with a larger chest. I also appreciate the adjustable shoulder straps. Once the weather warms up, I’ll see if the vented fabric performs as expected. This brand is definitely worth exploring. This is my third style of bra from this seller, and I will certainly keep purchasing from them!
The customer support is virtually non-existent, which is very concerning! Although my order was marked as delivered, I never received it. It took considerable effort to reach their support team, and after several days of receiving emails promising a response, they finally shipped a replacement five days later. Unfortunately, that replacement got stuck in transit for over a week, and tracking updates have stalled. I've spent so much time trying to obtain their contact number, and when I finally called, they just took my number to send a message later. The next day, I received an email stating that the package was on its way, but it has been in transit for nearly two weeks! When I filed a claim with the shipping company, they informed me two weeks later that the case was closed. I am extremely frustrated by the difficulty in reaching anyone for help. Despite being a loyal customer for six years and loving their products, I will not be purchasing from them again and cannot recommend them due to their lack of support and failure to resolve issues.
The sizing is inaccurate, and the bra was too small. I requested an exchange yesterday, and they mentioned they would send an email with a return label, but I haven't received it yet. The service and product quality are disappointing, and I cannot recommend it.
I regret not looking at the reviews before I purchased a bra. Similar to other customers, the automatic shipments never cease! It's impossible to reach a real person to resolve the issue. The automated system claims it will send a link to cancel, but that link never comes. Their website is often down. TERRIBLE SERVICE! STAY AWAY!
I purchased 4 bras from the company on 10/28/25. The bras are fine, but I'm writing this review because on 12/1, I noticed a charge of $4.99 for an 'Elite Membership.' This is a monthly fee, and I never signed up for it during my purchase. I tried to reach out to the company to cancel the membership. Their customer service bot provided instructions for cancellation, but that option isn't available in my account. I also sent a message via social media, texted, and left a voicemail several days ago, but I haven't received any response. Please get back to me, and don't ask me to message you again, as that hasn't worked.
I've received multiple automatic shipments of bras that I either didn't sign up for or unintentionally agreed to. I reached out to customer service to cancel them and also disabled the automatic feature in my account. Although it stopped briefly, I ended up with another order. I checked my account again and confirmed that I'm not enrolled in automatic shipments. I'm extremely frustrated that my account is being charged over $50 every three months, and it seems nearly impossible to unsubscribe. The bras are good, but that's not the issue.
