UPDATE: customer service issued a refund to my card. Be careful. This company has a generalized form you fill out, and they choose which item or service they think you are looking to purchase with your HSA. When I questioned the item and asked for a refund, I was told that the situation doesn’t qualify for a refund. They want me to spend $1200+ on an item and suggest when I pay again for the LMA, I could get that purchase of the LMA refunded. Fool me once. Not again. Buyer beware.
