I purchased a rowing machine and received a courtesy letter from a medical service using a link provided with my invoice. Unfortunately, the way the service drafted my letter was incorrect; they were meant to indicate that my medical condition was valid at the time of purchase, as their prescription arrived weeks after I acquired the rowing machine. For some reason, the service refused to amend the letter; perhaps they didn't benefit from the sale since it was issued after my purchase, but I'm not sure. Regardless of the reason, utilizing their service felt like a waste of my time, and I have since unsubscribed from their marketing communications.
I received an exercise rower and obtained a courtesy LMN using a link from my invoice. TrueMed refused to correct it, possibly because they didn't profit from the sale. Regardless, my experience with their service ended up being a waste of time, leading me to unsubscribe from their marketing emails.
The customer service is severely lacking. I spent over $2,000 on a mattress and wellness products, but the payment prompt for the service was absent on the website, forcing me to use my personal account. After realizing there was no portal, I was directed back to the service by the product provider. Unfortunately, the only contact option is email, and they have not responded. I fear I might miss the LMN timeframe and lose my money. I had a similar issue with another purchase, where I received a response, but the mattress provider informed me I'd need to return everything to get a refund and repurchase. This is not the customer service I expect for such a significant purchase.
I recently used the service to acquire exercise equipment. I received my LMN and receipt for a treadmill and bike promptly. I'm excited to start my fitness journey. The process was quick and easy, and a licensed doctor will review my submission after answering a few questions. Initially, I was confused about splitting the payment, but that was due to additional items not covered.
There has been no support whatsoever. I needed a revision to my LMN and have not received any replies to my numerous requests for assistance. I've tried contacting them through email and social media, and even attempted to call, but the number is inactive. The lack of customer support is unacceptable, and I now have to figure out how to cancel my order or dispute the charges.
