If I could rate this company a zero, I would. They sell gift cards, take your money, and when issues arise, their support is non-existent. I was simply told they 'cannot do anything.' How can a company with such poor customer satisfaction continue to operate? Most importantly, what happens to the money if the gift card is unusable? This is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a total lack of accountability.
