I would rate this service a 0 if it were an option. They sell gift cards, take the payment, and when issues arise and you seek their help, you receive no support at all. I was simply informed that they “cannot do anything.” How is this acceptable? How can a company with such high levels of customer dissatisfaction continue to operate? Most importantly, where does the money go if we are unable to use the gift card? This is entirely unacceptable and reflects a complete lack of accountability.

If I could rate this company a zero, I would. They sell gift cards, take your money, and if you call for help without a receipt—like when receiving it as a holiday gift—they can't even track the barcode. DO NOT buy these EVER. It's ridiculous that they lack accountability for their products. Most other gift cards allow you to see your balance and get assistance, which is the purpose of a gift card! I may contact consumer protection about this.
This is a total scam. I bought a card at a service station, followed poor instructions, and after multiple calls with no response, I finally got through but received no assistance despite sending them my receipts. Don't waste your money.

This company is an absolute scam. I received a gift card with $1000 that had to be activated by a specific date, which I did. When I tried to use it before it expired, it showed as EXPIRED, which was incorrect. Their support claimed it wasn’t activated, despite my confirmation. I asked if they notify when activated, and they said no. When I questioned where the money went, they said it was forfeited. I asked if it could be reactivated, and they said no. It’s alarming how it just vanished without a trace. Their call center is offshore, indicating this organization is a scam. I advise everyone to steer clear of this company and its affiliates.
I received a new Visa gift card from the company in 2023 with a 12-month activation deadline. I called to request activation after this date, but they refused. This is a violation of gift card laws, which I pointed out both over the phone and via email. They offered no solution and stated that funds are forfeited if not activated by the deadline, which they failed to clearly communicate. I believe this is how they evade scrutiny. They confirmed that their cards have a 12-month activation limit. I find this company has violated gift card regulations and profited unlawfully.
