If I could rate this company a zero, I would. They sell gift cards, take your money, and if you call for help without a receipt—like when receiving it as a holiday gift—they can't even track the barcode. DO NOT buy these EVER. It's ridiculous that they lack accountability for their products. Most other gift cards allow you to see your balance and get assistance, which is the purpose of a gift card! I may contact consumer protection about this.
