I received a new Visa gift card from the company in 2023 with a 12-month activation deadline. I called to request activation after this date, but they refused. This is a violation of gift card laws, which I pointed out both over the phone and via email. They offered no solution and stated that funds are forfeited if not activated by the deadline, which they failed to clearly communicate. I believe this is how they evade scrutiny. They confirmed that their cards have a 12-month activation limit. I find this company has violated gift card regulations and profited unlawfully.
