COMPLETELY A SCAM, DON’T WASTE YOUR OR YOUR FRIENDS’ MONEY!!! I received a digital gift card but didn't find anything I wanted at the time. Recently, I found something to redeem but was unsuccessful. When I contacted customer service, they claimed it had expired and blamed me for not checking the expiry date, refusing my claim. However, there was no expiry mentioned in the email. Please be fair and provide reminders or, at the very least, clearly list all terms and conditions for both purchasers and recipients. I have filed a case with Fair Trading in hopes that someone steps in to stop these scams. My advice: give cash like pocket money (never expires) or buy physical gifts with receipts.
